When it updated it disappeared from my home screen but my phone says it's downloaded. I saw if my 4s needed an update nothing it was up to date. I did a hard reset and it still wasn't there need help.

Interesting. Will it open from the App Store when you press the open button? When you swipe down on the home screen, a search bar should appear. What happens when you type "happy wheels" into that bar?
