Game still crashes on startup
Every time I start the game it just goes black and crashes, I have delete everything that might be taking up too much storage and checked if my device was compatible

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I have also redownloaded the game twice now but nothing is happening

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue. What device are you using? It turns out there may be some devices listed as compatible which may sometimes not properly run the game.
